Welcome to Rose’s educational farm!
Between peacocks, sheep, vines and a super vegetable garden, you’ll be able to visit the estate with the whole family. And there’s a lot to see on this estate!
Afterwards, you’ll harvest the fruits, plants and herbs of the season in the magnificent organic garden. Armed with your fresh raw materials, you’ll follow Rose’s invaluable advice to create a delicious sorbet with finger-licking results!
Rose is our sorbet specialist! She loves to play with flavors and create the craziest combinations, and her favorite sorbet is a Muscat sorbet (made with grapes from her own vineyards, of course)!
You’ll go home with a 1/4L (about 250gr) of sorbet and a plant of aromatic herbs to prolong the pleasure at home!
