Description

From vine to glass, dive into the heart of the winemaking profession with Odile!

After a tour of the estate, the winemaker will explain the characteristics of the region’s grape varieties and the importance of vinification and ageing choices in creating a wine. The tour will be followed by a wine tasting, with an oenological explanation of the wines’ typicity on the palate. Each wine tasted will have its own vinification and ageing characteristics. Enough to create your own unique cuvée!

Smell, aerate and taste the wine to find the perfect match. Gradually, Odile will guide you in the creation of your personalized cuvée. Once your blend is ready, all you have to do is bottle your unique creation.

At the end of this workshop, you’ll have discovered the infinite possibilities of wine creation, and will leave with your very own cuvée in the bottle!
